Frozenscout provides an online B2B marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of preserved fruits and vegetables, including frozen (IQF, BQF), puree, and NFC products. Our platform facilitates:

• Submission and management of Request for Quotations (RFQs)
• Connection between verified suppliers and qualified buyers
• Quality control and supplier vetting services
• Transaction facilitation and support

3. User Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account

• Optional on-site inspections
• Ongoing performance monitoring

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to buy items.

6. Transactions Between Users

Frozenscout is a marketplace that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. Users are responsible for:

• Evaluating and bearing all risks associated with transactions
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Paying all applicable taxes
• Resolving disputes directly with other users

7. Fees and Payment

Frozenscout may charge fees for certain services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you incur the charge. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frozenscout operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
